We always process all orders as fast as we can, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days and are usually faster than this.

Unlike some other websites ours is linked directly to our warehouse stock control system and therefore if an item is showing as in stock you can be assured we physically have it available for despatch.

So once you complete an order you can be confident it will be despatched promptly and you won't receive one of those nasty "Although we took payment actually we don't have this item right now..." emails!!

This also applies to our Crocs shoes as a number of our customers have told us about bad experiences when ordering Crocs from other sites.

For orders of £13 and over delivery is FREE!! We told you it was a magical kingdom.
Available to UK mainland addresses only.

For orders under £13 unfortunately we have to levy a small delivery charge of £1.95 to cover our costs. This is a flat rate regardless of what you order for all UK mainland addresses.

Please place your order and proceed through our checkout pages as normal to supply your details and delivery address. You will be stopped before the payment page and we will then email you with a quote for delivery of your order.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price paid. For Christmas this period is extended, any order placed in November or December may be returned up until the end of January. Please note you will have to pay the cost of the return postage yourself, however for Crocs shoes because they are so light this is normally around £2.
